Visual i Solutions provided full audiovisual production, delivering blended projection, LED displays, lighting, and show control to support internal presentations and brand messaging
The Visual i team and the Director of Brand Experience at Callaway Golf worked alongside eachother to create a set that matched the vision of the event.
All around the set had a quantity of 6 LED video walls. The video walls were sized to 4’ 11’’ x 11’ 5-3/4’’ acting as a backstop to the stage and being extension to the blended projection screens. The additional canvas space was incredibly useful for providing product stats.
The set was in-the-round, all framed by a flown truss cage, hanging lights, projectors, and screens. The set featured two 30’ x 10’ front projection screens that were blended by and powered by Panasonic PT-RQ25KU Laser Projectors. The lighting workload for the event was powered by Aryton Diablos and High End Systems Solaspot 1000s. These fixtures excelled at creating the desired atmosphere for the event.
Outside of the general session, Visual I provided equipment and technicians for the breakout sessions and the Sales Awards Dinner.
