The Ask:
Ensure that critical information was delivered to key individuals within the Novo Nordisk organization and to bring in remote presenters for a panel session.
The Solution:
We provided an AV package to ensure the keynotes, key presentations, and breakout sessions were simple and the focus was on the message. Not the design of the set.
The size of the LED Wall was the familiar 16 x 9 aspect ratio; which allowed presenters to build their presentations in a familiar format.
The Outcome:
Key information was delivered without any distractions from the technology supporting. A tried and true approach that Pharmaceutical and Finance Companies frequently use for their events.
