Every event is different, but most full-service tech conference productions in Silicon Valley range from $25,000 to $150,000+ depending on venue size, session count, and production complexity. We provide custom quotes based on your specific event requirements.
For larger conferences at venues like San Jose Convention Center or Santa Clara Convention Center, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months out. Smaller events can often be accommodated with less lead time. The earlier we’re involved, the more we can contribute to the production design.
Yes. We regularly provide isolated audio feeds to media crews and press at tech conferences across Silicon Valley. The feed is broadcast-ready and available from the start of the show, so journalists and content teams can pull clean audio directly for post-event coverage. If you have specific press requirements, we coordinate those in advance as part of the production plan.
