Yes, depending on staff and equipment availability. We’ve produced events with 1-2 weeks notice. However, optimal results come from 4-8 weeks for standard events and 3-6 months for large conferences or peak season dates. The more our team gets to collaborate and learn about your event, the better the outcome is for your team and ours. 

In most Orange County hotels, yes. Hotel in-house AV typically pays 25-40% commission, inflating prices. We’ve worked in plenty of Orange County hotels and can advise on specific policies and help negotiate favorable terms.
